Now that we have a fair understanding of how single populations grow through time under several types of scenarios (exponential or resource free, logistic or resource limiting, stage structured) we can begin exploring how two or more populations grow together in a community. In our first example of these kinds of growth we will study the effects that two species which share common resources can have on one another’s growth through time.
